Build your Squadron (Get Referrals)

   Good ways of getting referrals include:

1) Friends and Family- These are valuable resources, however, you can't refer people who use the same computer or connection- or else the referral will not be valid- people can participate in SC who live in the same household, they just can't be referred to one another.

2) Add your link to your signature for forums (ones that allow this of course).

3) Create Flyers and post them around your community at bulletin boards, laundromats, local businesses that allow free advertising, etc.

4) Chat Rooms-I go to rooms that have money discussions & post- Don't SPAM- this is not encouraged. Become a member of the chat community, then throw out your link in money discussions OR attach it to your signature.

5) MySpace-I post bulletins and created my own survey webpage in the money section

6) Xanga-Like MySpace... but different

7) Print Business Cards with the Vista Print Offer.Get paid for completing it then pass out the cards.

8) Create a tips website to give to your referrals or potentials- use http://www.moonfruit.com or

http://www.freewebs.com

9) Join several forums and respond to appropriate topics with SWATcash related information.

These sites have helped generate several referrals for me.

Now, the trick is ....how to get your referrals to make money.

The first thing I do is request to contact my referrals. If they approve contact, I send out a standard e-mail with hints and tips I've learned by using SC and the forum.

Make sure to send monthly e-mail updates to your referrals to tell them new and exciting features, or to remind them about a contest. This way, if they forget about SC, you can remind them and catch their interest. ALSO if you find one particular type of offer is approving easily, e-mail them to let them know- they might come online to check them out, then get re-hooked!
